- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I cannot comment on the doctors at this surgery because unfortunately it has been completely impossible to see one. However I can comment on the administration of this surgery, which is appalling. I have dealt with two receptionists on two separate occasions to try to complete the very simple task of registering and I have been singularly unsuccessful. The preregistration online was completely alien to both of them and they seemed non-plussed at all my enquiries. They have been maddeningly unhelpful; both uninformed and slow. I have witnessed people leaving the surgery before being attended at reception due to unacceptably long waiting times. I myself have been told, with a straight face, that the computerised registration process would take 5-7 days. If I were not in need of medical attention the situation would be laughable. I would not recommend this surgery purely on the weakness of the admin, however I cannot comment on the medics and my comments are not intended to reflect on their skills.by Elizabeth MaclennanOctober 31, 2017
